CIRE Boardshorts, one of the top boardshort and apparel companies on the rise, built its cult-like following around a pair of hand sewn boardshorts in a garage in Manhattan Beach, CA. Years later, through the frenzy of domestic and international growth, our foundation and core focus still remains on producing quality stylish boardshorts. We continue to stay true to our roots by sponsoring and supporting Pro and Grassroot events worldwide.

Our Mission

Ever had to wait 72 hours before entering the ocean to surf after a rain storm?

Ever seen signs saying "NO skateboarding on sidewalk"? Ever been ticketed for skateboarding there?

Ever arrived at the launch ramp to realize they closed the lake due to lack of government funding?

Well we have.....and it sucks.

So that is what CIRE is all about, protecting the "playgrounds" we use for our favorite action sports. If our oceans, lakes, mountains, and skateparks are not protected from pollution, deterioration, and urban development, our favorite board sports may someday cease to exist.

We have taken our knowledge and skills for producing highly sought after boardshorts and apparel and created a brand that is all about our lifestyle. Whether it is a surfboard, wakeboard, snowboard, or skateboard we have it dialed.

We then take a portion of our profits and donate it to the organizations that are helping to protect our playgrounds, like the Surfrider Foundation. In the end, our goal is to produce quality, stylish apparel while promoting and protecting our favorite board sports......and having endless fun while we do it.
